Fine. I spend 120% of my time on Moontoast, and then I try to devote my remaining time to my family, my community and Jumpstart. But, if you want me for a reason outside of those, I’m happy to field the call. The typical things that people want me to do for them other than Moontoast and JSF are:

These are all very hard things for me to do, and in all likelihood, I’ll end up connecting you with someone in my network who I think can actually help you.
